What is Exception Handling?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Exception handling allows a program to deal with errors gracefully. When an error occurs, Python generates an exception. If not handled, the program will crash. The try...except<\/code> statement lets you catch and handle exceptions, allowing your program to continue running or handle the error appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The try...except<\/code> Statement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The try...except<\/code> statement consists of a try<\/code> block and one or more except<\/code> blocks. The code that might raise an exception is placed in the try<\/code> block, and the code to handle the exception is placed in the except<\/code> block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
